This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies you need to thrive in the digital marketing world.

Now, let's get down to business. I've broken down the process of building a successful digital business into seven key pillars. These pillars are the foundation of any successful digital business, and understanding them is crucial to your success. Each pillar represents a vital component of your business, and we're going to explore each one in detail.

The first pillar is the business model. This is where it all begins. The business model you choose to adopt can make or break your business, and in this case, we're focusing on Affiliate Marketing. But don't worry, I'm here to guide you through the process. Let's dive in.

Here we go!

The first pillar of a successful digital business is the business model. This is the framework that your business operates within, the strategy that guides your actions, and the mechanism that generates your profits. It's the blueprint that shapes your business and determines its direction.

In the vast world of online business models, one stands out for its simplicity, predictability, and scalability: Affiliate Marketing. Over the past two decades, I've explored numerous online business models, but none have proven as consistently profitable as Affiliate Marketing, particularly when combined with paid media, a strategy also known as Affiliate Arbitrage.

So, what exactly is Affiliate Arbitrage? It's a simple yet powerful concept. It involves using paid advertising to promote affiliate offers, with the goal of earning more in affiliate commissions than you spend on the advertising. It's a delicate balancing act, a game of numbers where the aim is to tip the scales in your favor.

Let's break it down with an example. Suppose you're promoting a trendy gadget as an affiliate using Google Ads. The affiliate network you're working with pays you $60 for every gadget you sell. Your goal in Affiliate Arbitrage is to spend less than $60 on Google Ads to generate that sale. If you spend $40 on Google Ads to sell a gadget and earn a $60 commission, you've made a $20 profit. Now, imagine scaling that up. Selling 10 gadgets a day at that cost would net you a $200 daily profit. Selling 1,000 gadgets a day would result in a staggering $20,000 daily profit. It's a model that's not only profitable but also highly scalable.

But the benefits of the Affiliate Arbitrage model don't stop there. Here are some additional perks:

  • It eliminates the need to navigate complex platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Clickfunnels, or WordPress. We keep things simple and straightforward.
  • It doesn't require you to build a complete website. We're not in the business of building websites; we're in the business of making profits.
  • It doesn't require you to create a product or service of your own. We leverage existing products that already have a market demand.
  • It doesn't involve applying for merchant processing. We bypass the red tape and get straight to business.
  • It frees you from dealing with customer support. We focus on marketing, not customer service.
  • It doesn't require an existing audience base or following. You can start from scratch and still turn a profit in your first week.
  • It allows you to track ROI in real time. As an affiliate, you're paid on the front-end sale, giving you instant feedback on your performance.

These are just a few of the many advantages of the Affiliate Arbitrage model. It's a tried-and-tested model that's been around since the dawn of the internet, built on the principles of Direct Response Marketing used by the world's wealthiest marketers. So, remember, when it comes to choosing a business model, Affiliate Arbitrage is the way to go.

Once you've committed to the path of affiliate arbitrage, the next crucial step is to select the market you wish to operate in. This decision can be overwhelming, especially if you're new to affiliate marketing. However, with my guidance, we can simplify this process.

Over the past two decades, I've promoted products in nearly every market you can think of. But after careful analysis and experience, I've found that the market that consistently delivers in terms of consistency, reliability, scalability, and net profit is the market for "Trendy Gadgets."

Why trendy gadgets, you might ask? The answer lies in the universal appeal of these products. In an era where technology is rapidly advancing, there's always a new gadget that's capturing the world's attention. These products have a "wow" factor that makes them irresistible to consumers. They're exciting, innovative, and often offer solutions to everyday problems in ways that consumers hadn't imagined.

For the past 20 years, my team and I have operated in the trendy gadget market. We've seen firsthand how these products capture the imagination of consumers, leading to high demand and impressive sales.

The market for trendy gadgets is vast and diverse, spanning everything from tech gadgets to home appliances, fitness equipment, and more. This diversity offers a wealth of opportunities for affiliate marketers. There's always a new product to promote, a new trend to capitalize on.

Moreover, the global gadget market is booming. It's currently valued at hundreds of billions of dollars and is projected to grow even more in the coming years. This growth is driven by continuous technological advancements and consumers' increasing reliance on gadgets in their daily lives.

So, if you're looking for a market that's dynamic, profitable, and full of opportunities, the trendy gadget market is the way to go. It's a market that's always evolving, always offering something new, and as an affiliate marketer, that's exactly the kind of market you want to be in.

Remember, Trendy Gadgets rule the net!

Once we've established what we'll be promoting (Trendy Gadgets), it's time to identify our target audience. This is a crucial step in shaping our marketing strategy.

You might be surprised to learn that a significant portion of online spending comes from a demographic that some marketers often overlook: the Baby Boomers. These are individuals who are in their late 50s to early 70s. They have spent their lives working hard, and now, they're in a stage where they're more financially established. They have the disposable income to spend on products that catch their interest, and yes, they do spend online!

Contrary to popular belief, Baby Boomers are not technologically inept. They use smartphones, they're active on social media, and they shop online. In fact, studies show that Boomers spend more money online than younger generations. They appreciate the convenience of online shopping and have the financial means to make significant purchases.

Moreover, Baby Boomers are not a homogenous group. They have diverse interests and needs, which presents a wealth of opportunities for affiliate marketers. From tech gadgets that make their lives easier to products that cater to their hobbies and interests, there's a wide range of trendy gadgets that appeal to this demographic.

And let's not forget, Boomers account for a substantial portion of the population. In many countries, they're one of the largest demographic groups. This means that when you target Boomers, you're targeting a large and financially capable audience.

So, who should we be marketing to? The answer is clear: Baby Boomers. They have the financial means, they're active online, and they're interested in trendy gadgets. Marketing to this demographic is a strategic move that can yield significant returns.

So, remember, Baby Boomers are the key demographic!

As we venture into the fourth pillar of our strategy, we've already laid a solid foundation. We've identified our business model (Affiliate Marketing), our product (Trendy Gadgets), and our target demographic (Boomers). Now, it's time to address the question of WHERE we'll be promoting our products. The answer is through the powerful medium of email.

When we talk about email marketing, many people's minds immediately jump to the traditional method of collecting opt-in subscribers, offering them a free e-book or video course, and then bombarding them with daily follow-up emails in an attempt to make a sale. However, our approach is going to be significantly different and more innovative.

Our strategy revolves around leveraging the power of existing email lists. Instead of building our own list, we'll be seeking out those who already have extensive email lists and placing our ads within the emails they send out to their subscribers. This approach eliminates the need for list management, saving us from the hassle of collecting and storing emails in an autoresponder like Aweber or Mailchimp.

The beauty of this approach lies in its simplicity and effectiveness. We're essentially outsourcing the hard work of list building and management to others, while we focus on placing our ads in their emails. Our primary goal is to master the art of converting advertising dollars into profit, and there's no better channel for this than email.

Email list owners are always on the lookout for opportunities to monetize their lists, and they're more than happy to sell ad space in their emails. These ads can take various forms, from banner ads (also known as email sponsorships) to solo advertisements (known as dedicated emails).

Email traffic offers numerous advantages:

  • The scale is enormous, thanks to the vast number of email lists available.
  • Many newsletters are sent out daily, providing us with plenty of inventory to purchase.
  • Some lists boast over a million subscribers and can deliver our ads to these large audiences almost instantly.
  • Email list owners often derive most of their income from their lists, so they take good care of their subscribers. This means our ads will be shown to responsive audiences.
  • Unlike platforms like Google or Facebook, email marketing doesn't involve dealing with complicated, ever-changing algorithms.
  • Email list owners are generally more lenient about the types of ads we can run. We don't have to worry about ads being rejected or accounts being disabled.
  • Email traffic is often warmer than other channels because the subscribers have already opted in to receive emails. This makes them more receptive to the ads that come from the list owner.
  • There's less competition in this channel because most people are unaware of it. While everyone else is focusing on Google and Facebook, we'll be capitalizing on the untapped potential of email traffic.

In my experience, email marketing outperforms all other channels. I've tried everything from Native, Display, Programmatic, Social, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, to Reddit Ads. None of them have delivered the same level of scale and ROI as email.

As part of your enrollment, you'll gain access to hundreds of underground list management companies, brokers, publishers, and networks that allow you to place ads within their newsletters. You'll never be left wondering where to buy advertising!

So, remember, in the world of online marketing, Email Traffic reigns supreme!

The strategy is the blueprint of our operations, the roadmap that guides us to our destination. It's the "how" of our business model, and it's crucial to understand it thoroughly.

In the world of affiliate marketing, we're not just throwing darts in the dark. We're not hoping for the best. We're strategizing, planning, and executing with precision. We're using a three-phase approach that has been proven to work time and time again.

Phase 1: This is the testing phase. We're not splurging on expensive ad placements just yet. Instead, we're using Push Ads, which are cost-effective and perfect for testing the waters. This phase allows us to experiment with different marketing materials and see what works and what doesn't. The goal here is to find the winning formula without breaking the bank.

Phase 2: Once we've identified the promising marketing materials from our Push Ad testing, we move on to Phase 2. This is where we scale up with Email Sponsorships. This phase is where you start to see profits and begin to scale. It's not uncommon for students to spend over $5k/day at a 50+% ROI just in this phase.

Phase 3: The final phase is reserved for Dedicated Emails, and only for your best assets. This is where you'll be spending the most, so you want to make sure you're using your most successful ads and landing pages. The scale can be enormous here, but it requires the best of the best marketing to compete.

The beauty of this strategy is that it minimizes risk and maximizes potential. You're starting small, testing the waters, and then scaling up once you've found what works. It's a methodical, calculated approach that gives you the best chance of success.

Remember, the strategy is key. Test with Push Ads, scale with Sponsorships & Dedicateds. This is the formula that has been proven to work, and it's the one we'll be using to achieve our goals.
